With more than 15 years of experience, he has advised entrepreneurs, midsized companies, international corporates, and financial investors on succession planning, M&A transactions, and strategic financing. Prior to founding neomerge, Dieter led the expansion of the technology M&A practices in the DACH region both at Barclays and Rothschild. Earlier roles include M&A and growth capital advisory at KPMG and UBS.
