Lara Pecis

Dr. Lara Pecis is a Lecturer in Management, Employment and Organisation at Cardiff Business School, UK. Lara is interested in tackling the darker side of innovation and entrepreneurship. Her research focuses on the gender and racial inequalities at work, and how to promote more inclusive workplaces. Her research is published in prestigious scholarly journals, such as Human Relations, Gender Work and Organisation, Organisation, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, among other contributions in edited books. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and member of the Innovation Caucus.
