Philipp Kynast

Dr. Philipp Kynast is an associate at White & Case LLP and advises national and international companies on complex national and cross-border M&A-transactions including distressed M&A and joint ventures as well as on German company, reorganization, take-over and related capital market law. Philipp regularly advises German companies on international investments and transactions and foreign investors on business activities and investments in Germany and Europe. He is particularly experienced with transactions in the financial services (predominantly insurance) sector and venture capital transactions spanning a broad range of sectors.
