Dr. Sebastian Pauls is a partner in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins‘ Munich office. His practice focuses on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Pauls advises on buy-side and sell-side transactions, including German and international financial and strategic investors on acquisitions and sales of mid-cap and large-cap companies, carve-outs, minority investments / co-investments and management participation programs. Given his extensive and complementary German and cross-border experience, he has a keen sense of trends in the M&A market.
