Lucie Bocel

Lucie Bocel is a Senior Associate at Howden M&A. Prior to joining Howden M&A, Lucie worked as a Corporate M&A lawyer. At Howden M&A, Lucie supports clients to negotiate bespoke French-law insurance policies (including “assurances de GAP”) on their M&A transactions. Lucie has a Masters degree in Wealth Management (Paris-Sorbonne) and a Master in Business Law (Paris-Dauphine). She has also studied Business and Management at the ESCP European Business School (MEB 2016). She is fluent in French and English.
