Tobias Huesmann

Tobias Huesmann is a Managing Director at Interpath, specializing in Operations Deal Services. He focuses on delivering operational deal support across sectors, bringing over 15 years of experience in strategy and operations
spanning both advisory and corporate roles. Prior to joining Interpath, Tobias worked in Big Four advisory with a strong focus on carve-outs, post-merger integration, portfolio management, and value creation in deal environments. Earlier in his career, he held roles in strategy consulting and at BASF, building a solid foundation in corporate strategy and execution. Tobias has extensive experience supporting private equity and corporate clients on both buy- and sell-side transactions across industries and deal sizes. He advises throughout the full M&A lifecycle–from pre-deal value creation and operational separation to Day-1 readiness, sign-to-close execution, operational due diligence, M&A process coordination and negotiation support, and post-deal integration, including synergy realization and stranded cost management. In addition to his client work, Tobias is a recognized thought leader in M&A. He regularly publishes insights on portfolio management and transformation through M&A and actively collaborates with universities on related research initiatives.
