David Henry is a practising UK barrister, whose practice focuses on European competition law, including merger control, cartels and abuse of dominance, and the interaction between antitrust and intellectual property. He represents companies and trade associations in the aluminium, air transport, car parts, chemicals, electronics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, power generation, food retailing and financial services and payment systems sectors.David has spoken and written extensively on competition law. In recognition of his writing on competition matters, LexisNexis has included David in its Lexis®PSL Competition Expert Lawyers Group. The European courts have also cited his written work. David will be co-editor with Jacques Buhart of the 5th edition of Leniency Regimes. David is a lecturer on the course entitled Advanced European Competition Law at the University of Liège, Belgium.

Andras Haragovitch is an Associate Director at Howden M&A. Prior to joining Howden M&A, Andras worked as a lawyer in the M&A/Private Equity teams of Weil Gotshal & Manges (Paris) and Dentons (Paris and Moscow) for over 10 years. At Howden M&A, he focuses on placing W&I as well as other transactional insurance policies. Andras is a graduate of Science-Po in Paris (Economics and Finance), holds post-graduate degrees in business law from Paris-Sorbonne and Paris-Nanterre and is fluent in English, French, Russian and Hungarian.

Olivier de Vilmorin is a partner in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Paris office and the head of the Firm’s European M&A practice. He is a member of the Paris and New York Bars.

He also acts a senior spokesman for the European Private Equity and venture capital industry globally.

Benjamin Homo admitted to the Paris Bar, Benjamin Homo is a partner in the Tax practice of the Paris office. He focuses his practice on advising Private Equity clients and multinational groups on their acquisitions, mergers and reorganizations and has developed an extensive experience of multi-country transactions. He assists clients on all aspects of the transaction, from tax due diligence to structuring work, including financing matters and management incentives. Benjamin also advises on the creation of French and pan-European Private Equity funds and assists corporate groups in the day-to-day management of their tax affairs as well as in the reduction of their global effective tax rate.

Constantin M. Gall has two decades of experience in transactions, corporate finance, strategy and international management. He advises listed corporations and mid-market companies, primarily from the Automotive sector and financial sponsors. He is specialized in complex corporate transformations from strategy development through to complete tax, legal and operational implementation. He holds university degrees in Economics: BA (ESB), BBA (Hons) European Management, and is a CFA charter holder.
