Michael Stein

Michael Stein is a partner in the Frankfurt office of Taylor Wessing specialising in national and cross-border M&A-and Private Equity transactions. His portfolio includes advice on large corporate transactions (sell-side or buy-side), but also on restructurings, joint ventures, minority shareholdings, management investments and general corporate law issues. Michael represents the interests of strategic and financial investors from Germany and abroad, including hospital operators, medical care centre operators, medical technology and life sciences companies, and other healthcare providers.

Michael Stein co-heads both the German and the international Life Sciences & Healthcare industry group at Taylor Wessing
