1. Einleitung Der „European Green Deal“ ist eine Wachstumsstrategie für die EU und zielt darauf ab, unseren Kontinent auf einen Weg hin zu einer klimaneutralen, fairen und wohlhabenden Gesellschaft mit einer modernen, ressourceneffizienten und wettbewerbsfähigen Wirtschaft zu bringen. Um das 1,5-Grad-Ziel aus dem Paris Agreement erreichen zu können, soll ganz Europa bis 2050 klimaneutral sein. Dafür wird bis 2030 eine Reduktion der Treibhausgasemissionen um 55% im Vergleich zum Basisjahr 1990 angestrebt, was durch einzelne Sektorziele umgesetzt werden soll.
