1. Einleitung Unternehmen bewegen sich im 21. Jahrhundert in einem multidimensionalen Raum. Ihr Handeln bleibt natürlich geprägt von betriebswirtschaftlichen Zwängen, den Anforderungen der Kunden, dem Druck der Wettbewerber und den Bedürfnissen der Arbeitnehmer.
